Yes, we are a distributor of ingredients and flavors from renowned global companies such as Agropalma, Creamy Creation, FrieslandCampina, Gencau, IFF, and Genu-in. In addition, we offer technical support to help our clients transform the food and beverage market.
Does MasterSense produce the ingredients and/or flavors?
MasterSense does not manufacture ingredients and flavors. We distribute brands such as Agropalma, Creamy Creation, FrieslandCampina, Gencau, IFF, and Genu-in, which are strategic partners that enable us to offer solutions to the market. In addition to distribution, we provide technical support and share our expertise to support our clients’ projects.

We serve all food and beverage segments, including the following markets: Beverages, Sweets and Confectionery, Dairy Products, Bakery, Savory and Culinary Products, Ice Cream and Food Supplements.
How can I make a purchase with MasterSense?

Does MasterSense help/offer technical support to customers in product development?
Yes. MasterSense invests continuously in technical training for our Design & Application team and in the infrastructure of our laboratories and pilot plants, enabling the development of formulations and prototypes that ensure the best results with our portfolio for a wide range of food applications. Through the collaboration between our Design & Application and Marketing teams, we deliver concepts and experiences aligned with the main market trends in every interaction with our clients.
How do I get a quote for ingredients and/or flavorings?
To request a quote for our ingredients and/or aromas, you must provide us with some information, such as: CNPJ, state registration, address, telephone number and email. In addition, we need the volume required and the product in which it will be applied. If the quote is for aromas, we need to know the volume required, the type of aroma (powder or liquid), whether you are looking for a Natural Identical, Natural or Artificial aroma, the application and the desired sensory profile. If you already use an aroma, it is important for us to know the dosage used and the Cost In Use (cost of the aroma dosage).
Do you invoice by CPF?
No. Our billing only applies to companies with a CNPJ.
Do you deliver to all of Brazil?
We deliver nationwide, using the best carriers.
What payment methods does MasterSense accept?
MasterSense performs a credit analysis on all its customers. After this analysis, it informs you of the payment conditions available. Want to know more?
